We reserve the right to change the contents of this website, including these
Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by posting such changes on the
website. We would advise all users of this website to familiarise themselves
with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that they are aware of any
changes. Use of the website after a change has been posted will signify the users
acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing from our website

The following Terms and Conditions apply to how we supply any item displayed
for sale on our website which you purchase through our website. Nothing in
these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

By purchasing a product and/or using our website, you indicate that you accept
the terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to the
terms, please refrain from purchasing any products or using our website.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order to the
customer. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if
your payment has been processed immediately unless we have notified you that we
do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order for any reason.

We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where goods are not available

(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error

(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and
conditions

(e) If your order for personalised products contains content, which is deemed
inappropriate for an order, i.e. threatening or abusive.

(g) If we believe your order is for commercial or other non-domestic concerns.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we deem offensive. We reserve the
right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.

We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order as
well as our general terms via e-mail. The details about your recent orders can
be found in your order history.

Delivery

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for
delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in
your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which
have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different
address after it has been returned, then there may be a charge for posting it
out again.

You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing
address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to
the recipient.

With our Standard Delivery we aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders
within 7 working days. However, during busy periods we cannot guarantee
standard delivery orders to arrive within the 7 working days. We would advise
that if you require your order by a certain date to contact us to discuss the

Whilst we make every effort to deliver orders on the day we specify, we cannot
guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside
this timescale.

If you do not receive products ordered by you within 5 days of the date on your
dispatch email, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email
at Hello@ruffcubs.com of the problem.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch
before replacing an undelivered item.

Discount Codes, Promotions & Sale


Discount codes must be applied when you reach the shopping bag.

Codes can only be applied to full price items and cannot be used in conjunction
with any other offers, unless stated otherwise.

Discounts do not apply to delivery charges or gift box costs unless stated
otherwise.

Discount codes are not applicable on Gift Cards unless stated otherwise.

Always check the end date for discount codes, as they will not be valid after
this time.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Ruff reserves the right to (i) cancel discount codes at any time; (ii) refuse
to allow any individual to participate in offers, and (iii) amend these terms
and conditions.


If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be
adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Order Cancellations

Most of our items are personalised specifically for you and therefore an order
can only be cancelled if you have contacted us within 30 mins of placing your
order Hello@ruffcubs.com For our plain items you have the legal right to cancel
your order within 7 days of receiving the order. This does not apply to any
goods, which have been opened or used.

Where orders have already been dispatched to you, the order must be returned to
us in accordance with our 'Returns policy’

Please note: In order to provide a fast service some products are immediately
sent for production. Please check your order confirmation email carefully as we
cannot refund products, which have been misspelt.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Price and Payment

The price of any products will be as quoted on our website in British pounds,
except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude delivery costs which
will be added to the total amount of your order at checkout.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in
which we have already sent a dispatched confirmation.

Despite our best efforts, occasionally there may be information on our website
that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate
to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We

change or update information, refuse to accept orders if any information on the
website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We are under no
obligation to provide the product to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even
after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation if the pricing error is obvious
and unmistakable and could have reasonably been identified by you as a
mispricing. Payment will be accepted with Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. In
order to process your order, we will need to share your payment details with
third-party service providers. This will be done in accordance with our privacy
policy. By providing us with this information, you specifically authorise us to
do this. When making a payment through Ruff LTD we keep no record of any credit
card details whatsoever and as soon as your payment goes through, the details
are dismissed from our website. Events outside our control We will not be
liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance any of
our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (force
majeure event).Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that
the force majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for
performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable
endeavours to bring the force majeure event to a close or to find a solution by
which our obligations be performed despite the force majeure event.

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your

We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable
discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and

The total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the

Please be vigilant in regards to the possibility of fraudulent activity from
social media accounts and users attempting to impersonate Ruff LTD.
