Our orders are all personalised and will take up to 5 working days to be made and then dispatched before being delivered. (Monday to Friday)

International Shipping

Returns

We hope you fall in love with your personalised items, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days to return your item in its original saleable condition but please check the reason for return does not fall into any of the below points.

We are unable to accept returns on any personalised items unless we have made a mistake/error on our part or if the item has been received damaged or defective in any way.

How do I personalise my order?

Each item includes a personalisation box when the “Add to Cart” button is clicked. Just enter your child’s name, and we’ll custom-stitch it just for you.

What sizes are available?

We offer a full range of sizes for babies, toddlers, and children, plus multiple pet sizes based on breed and weight. Use our Size Guide for exact measurements.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Because every order is personalised, it takes 3–5 business days to create your items. Once ready, we ship via tracked delivery — standard and express options available at checkout.

Can I make changes after I place my order?

We start customising your order quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of purchase for any edits. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

Are your products machine washable?

Yes! All garments are made from soft, durable fabrics and can be machine washed cold. We recommend turning items inside out to protect the embroidery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalised items?

Because each item is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on personalised products. However, if there’s ever an issue with quality or fit, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll package your order with care. It's perfect for birthdays, baby showers, or just because.
